Yemen Gulf Refinery Company has plans to develop a hydrocracking refinery company inorder to produce clean white products from the residues of the various refineries operating in the middle east. This will in a way help reduce the foreign exchange reserves of the republic of yemen and may also go a long way in reducing the growing demand of domestic diesel and gasoline.
